Carl Valimont
Head Coach - Varsity
Carl returned as head coach at Arrowhead back in 2015-16 after previously leading the program from
2000-2010. This will be his 15th year at Arrowhead and he has enjoyed coaching kids in the Milwaukee area
at all levels following an 11-year pro career that ended in 1998.
In 2004-05 Carl lead Arrowhead to its first state tournament. They advanced to the state championship
game and finished runner-up to Superior in overtime. That team was the first Milwaukee area school to play
for a state title. In 2008-09 he lead the Warhawks back to Madison and they ran away with the tournament and
the programs first state championship. His career coaching record of 219-78-10 (.730) in Wisconsin high school
hockey is among the all-time coaching leaders and in 2004-05 and 2008-09 he was named Sectional Coach of the
Year by the Wisconsin Hockey Coaches Association (WHCA). He was also named the All-Area Coach of the Year in
2002-03, 2004-05 and 2008-09.
Coach Valimont started playing hockey at the age of four and went on to attend high school at Avon
Old Farms School in Avon, Connecticut. From 1984-1988 he played for the University of Massachusetts -
Lowell where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing. In the 1985 NHL
Entry Draft he was selected by the Vancouver Canucks with the 193th overall pick and played six seasons with
the Milwaukee Admirals of the IHL. He joined the Houston Aeros in 1994 and played three seasons before
concluding his career playing two years in the Deutch Eis Hockey League in Germany. Carl also played and
coached with the Chicago Cheetahs of the Roller Hockey International Pro League for two seasons.

Jeff Rochon
Team Statistician
Jeff joined the Warhawk staff in 2001-02 and spent his first two seasons as an assistant coach with the JV team
before moving to the varsity level where, in addition to coaching, he assumed responsibility for scheduling, statistics,
video, scouting and media communication. In 2004 Jeff developed the team website and redesigned the team logo
and uniforms. During the 2006-07 season he modified the D1 college KRACH rating formula and applied it to Wisconsin
High School Hockey and publishes the STAK Ranking weekly on Wisconsin Prep Hockey.
Coach Rochon grew up playing youth hockey in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and competed against teams throughout
South Central Wisconsin. He graduated from Dodgeville High School in 1989, where he lettered in football,
wrestling, baseball and golf. Jeff went on to attend UW-Whitewater and received a Bachelor's degree in Graphic
Design and Marketing in 1993.
