Josh Engel

Josh Engel grew up in Rice Lake WI and played four years of varsity hockey for the Rice Lake High School hockey team. During his senior year of high school, Josh played for Team Wisconsin and the Team Wisconsin Senior Team. The Senior Team won its first ever championship at the Chicago Showcase with Josh receiving the Best Defenseman Award for the tournament.

After high school Josh went on to play junior hockey in the USHL for the Green Bay Gamblers. After one year of junior hockey, Josh committed to UW-Madison and played four years for the Wisconsin Badgers. During his sophomore year the Badgers won the NCAA National Championship defeating Boston College 2-1. Josh was awarded the 7th Man Award at the end of his senior season. The 7th Man Award is presented to the player who fans think gives his all on the ice and best represents the trademarks of team spirit and good sportsmanship.

After college Josh went on to play four years of professional hockey. Josh started playing professional hockey in the ECHL for the Gwinnett Gladiators. During the first season with Gwinnett he was called up to play in the AHL for the Toronto Marlies. Josh was the leading goal scorer for defenseman on the Marlies during the 2010/11 season.

Following Josh's last season of professional hockey in 2012, he started his career in coaching. Josh coached for the Jr. Admirals for the last two seasons.

C.J. Erickson

CJ is entering his 6th year as an assistant coach with the varsity team and began playing hockey at age 6 with the Waukesha Youth Hockey Association.

CJ was a four year starter on varsity for Arrowhead and was captain of the 2002-03 team that went 20-1-1. During his career with Arrowhead he earned first team All-Conference his Sophomore, Junior and Senior year and 1st Team All-Area and honorable mention All-State in 2002-03. He was also named defensive MVP for Arrowhead twice and was team captain as a senior.

After high school CJ attended UW-Eau Claire where he played hockey at the D-3 college level and club level. He later transferred to UW-Milwaukee where he graduated in 2008 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science.

Jeff Rochon

Jeff joined the Warhawk staff in 2001-02 and spent his first two seasons as an assistant coach with the JV team before moving to the varsity level where in addition to coaching he assumed responsibility for scheduling, statistics, video, scouting and media communication. In 2004 Jeff developed the team website and redesigned the team logo and uniforms. During the 2006-07 season he modified the D1 college KRACH rating formula and applied it to Wisconsin High School Hockey and publishes the STAK Ranking weekly on Wisconsin Prep Hockey.

Coach Rochon grew up playing youth hockey in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and competed against teams throughout South Central Wisconsin. He graduated from Dodgeville High School in 1989, where he lettered in football, wrestling, baseball and golf. Jeff went on to attend UW-Whitewater and received a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Marketing in 1993.
